ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
To provide administrative support to Functional Directors and their respective teams
Reports to: Cluster Head of Commercial
Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to the Directors and their respective teams
- Manage calendar, business travel, monthly expense claims for the Directors
- Plan and organize functional events/workshops
- Manage purchase order, goods receive, payment and vendor registration within the function
- Work closely with other functional assistants to coordinate logistics for company events
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Good communication skills and proficient in English
- Strong administrative and organization skills
- Competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
